Henry has more than 12 years of experience in statutory and strategic planning and providing valuable due diligence and planning approval pathway advice across both consulting and local government roles.
He is the Victorian lead for the Retirement Living sector and has extensive experience in large-scale precinct planning in the peri-urban, urban renewal and industrial contexts. This included the preparation of Precinct Structure Plans (PSP’s), Development Contributions Plans (DCP’s) and specific built-form planning controls.
Henry is a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia Regional Committee (Bendigo Chapter). He is passionate about the potential of the regions and the communities that make them. He is committed to contributing to best-practice planning outcomes for all communities in regional areas.
Henry has successfully appeared before VCAT and Planning Panels Victoria in addition to effectively negotiating positive outcomes through the compulsory conference process. He has also assisted in preparing a range of expert evidence statements and has been presented before VCAT and Planning Panels Victoria.
Henry holds a Master of Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning.
