The NSW Cricket Centre of Excellence, located within Sydney Olympic Park, represents a significant investment in sporting infrastructure for NSW. Ethos Urban provided multidisciplinary support to secure the State Significant Development Approval, balancing functional design with environmental and community considerations.

An inclusive approach to master planning. Ethos Urban was engaged by Archdiocesan Services to deliver a long-term master plan for several key landholdings of the Jubilee Parish within the suburbs of Petrie Terrace, Herston and Paddington, QLD. 

The Spicers Creek Wind Farm, located in NSW’s Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, is one of the largest approved wind farms in the state. Ethos Urban prepared an Economic Impact Assessment, addressing investment, employment, community benefits, and mitigation of potential impacts.

Ethos Urban was commissioned by Property and Development NSW to prepare a State Significant Precinct Application within the Royal North Shore Hospital Precinct. The project included a reference design that incorporated medical facilities, a school, market and key worker housing, short-term accommodation, and open space.

The Frasers Solar Farm, spanning 110 hectares, is a pivotal renewable energy project poised to power approximately 29,000 homes with clean energy annually. Ethos Urban completed an Economic Impact Assessment to support the project's successful State planning approval.

Located in regional NSW near Merriwa, the Goulburn River Solar Farm is poised to deliver significant renewable energy benefits. Ethos Urban prepared an Economic Impact Assessment to evaluate the project’s effects on local and state economies. 

Ethos Urban successfully prepared an Economic Impact Assessment (EIA) for CWP Renewables to support the State Planning Approval for the Bango Wind Farm project, located approximately 30km north of Yass, NSW. This significant renewable energy project will contribute to the local economy, create employment opportunities, and reduce carbon emissions.

The Murra Warra Wind Farm is a significant renewable energy project in North Western Victoria. Developed by RES Australia, it features a total of 99 turbines across two stages with an installed capacity of 429 MW, making it one of the largest wind farms in Australia upon completion. RES Australia engaged Ethos Urban to prepare Economic Impact Assessments, which were critical in securing planning approvals and highlighting the project's economic and social contributions to the region.

Ethos Urban conducted comprehensive Social and Economic Impact Assessments for the Burrendong Wind Farm project, a significant renewable energy development in NSW's Central-West Orana region.
