Royal North Shore Hospital Herbert Street Precinct
Ethos Urban was commissioned by Property and Development NSW to prepare a State Significant Precinct Application within the Royal North Shore Hospital Precinct. The project included a reference design that incorporated medical facilities, a school, market and key worker housing, short-term accommodation, and open space.

Murra Warra Wind Farm
The Murra Warra Wind Farm is a significant renewable energy project in North Western Victoria. Developed by RES Australia, it features a total of 99 turbines across two stages with an installed capacity of 429 MW, making it one of the largest wind farms in Australia upon completion. RES Australia engaged Ethos Urban to prepare Economic Impact Assessments, which were critical in securing planning approvals and highlighting the project's economic and social contributions to the region.
