Multi-level Warehouse - 270 Horsely Road, Milperra
Ethos Urban worked with ESR in securing State Significant Development Approval for a 72,000sqm multi-storey warehouse and distribution centre at 270 Horsley Road, Milperra. Strategically located near the M5 Motorway, the project strengthens Western Sydney’s industrial capacity and logistics supply chain.

Brookvale Structure Plan
Ethos Urban worked with Northern Beaches Council to finalise a Structure Plan for Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Brookvale is the employment centre with the largest offering of industrial and urban services land in the North District.
Reservoir Economic Analysis and Investment Attraction Strategy
Ethos Urban was engaged by Darebin City Council and the Victorian Government Office of Suburban Development to undertake a comprehensive economic analysis and investment attraction strategy for Reservoir. The project aimed to identify opportunities for revitalisation and job creation in the Reservoir Activity Centre and Industrial Precinct.
Westlink Industry Park - Stage 1
Westlink Industry Park in Western Sydney's Mamre Road Precinct sets a new standard for industrial development, offering state-of-the-art warehousing and distribution centres. Ethos Urban played a pivotal role in the project's approval, preparing the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Socio-Economic Impact Assessment, and other key planning documents. Stage 1 includes two warehouses totalling 83,500sqm and sets the foundation for innovative infrastructure upgrades and sustainability in industrial design.
DHL Warehouse – Momentum Industrial Estate
The Momentum Industrial Estate is a major new industrial precinct comprising more than 210,000 square metres of industrial and warehouse floor space over 14 warehouse buildings, located on a 52ha site within the Western Sydney Employment Area.
200 Aldington Industrial Estate
The 200 Aldington Industrial Estate will be one of the largest single industrial estates in Western Sydney. Located in the Mamre Road Precinct, the overall concept development will include 13 warehouse buildings with a total of just under 350,000m2 GFA.
Ethos Urban prepared the planning approvals documentation as well as a socio-economic assessment and project management of the consultant team.
Ministerial Infrastructure Designation for Australian Vaccine Production
We’re pleased to have assisted the Translational Research Institute Australia and The University of Queensland with obtaining endorsement of the Pharmacy Australia Centre of Excellence Precinct Ministerial Infrastructure Designation (MID) to facilitate the Translational Manufacturing (TM) project that adjoins the existing Translational Research Institute building (TRI).
